Implied Conditions

These are unspoken / unwritten terms of contract that are assumed to exist regardless of explicitly being mentioned. 

Products must be: 

• fit for use, 

• meet safety standards, and 

• be free of defects. 

Businesses cannot suggest a product has a characteristic that it does not possess.
