Enterprise Agreements

Collective agreements made at workplace level between an employer and a group of employees about terms and conditions of employment. 

Must include all legal requirements and be negotiated and signed by firm and union. These agreements expire over time and require re-negotiation.

There are; 

• Single-enterprise agreements (one firm under agreement); 

• Multi-enterprise agreements (more than one firm signed to same agreement); and 

• Greenfield’s agreements (for new firms yet to commence operations)
