Business Studies is awesome.

There are multiple factors that influence the practices of a Human Resources team.

The largest one for this course is the Current Legal Framework. There is good reason for this - the defense of employee rights and entitlements is critical.

This is the largest topic of the Human Resources course - as other topics have significnat overlap with the Year 11 course and with each other.
